Hotel Cap Negret – the Professional Cyclists’ Secret Hotel
The Hotel Cap Negret, known as the professional cyclists’ secret hotel, has long been a favourite destination for professional cyclists taking advantage of the winter sunshine on the renowned Costa Blanca cycling holiday routes.
It’s situated in the heart of the Costa Blanca cycling scene, just minutes away from Calpe and Benidorm where legends such as Wout van Aert, Tom Pidcock and Fem Van Empel and their teams spend their time getting some winter miles in their legs before the early spring races
Up to recently, the hotel was the preserve of the professional peloton who had exclusive access – its doors were closed to those on the outside.

But thanks to a partnership between ABC Sports Travel and the Cap Negret, we’re extending an exclusive invitation to you so you can experience the same level of support and facilities that have attracted the world’s top riders.
Discover a cycling haven designed for performance, where every detail matters to the discerning rider.
The hotel is situated just minutes from classic cycling routes such as Col de Rates, Castell de Guadalest and Puerto de Toudons and is just a few minutes’ ride from the more famous places such as Calpe and Benidorm.
It has a dedicated Bike Zone, offering lockable bike storage facilities, a workshop with free tools and complimentary laundry facilities making it ideal for all types of riders – all slap bang next to the beach.
There are modern rooms, most which have sea views and the restaurant facilities are world class. The food is created with hungry cyclists in mind with plenty of freshly cooked protein, tasty vegetables and energy producing carbs.

Meals are served in an all you can eat buffet style with tables reserved for cycling groups. You’ll sit next to other professional teams and it’s not uncommon to see world and national champions sitting at adjacent tables.
Meal times are designed with the rider in mind. Breakfasts start at 07.00 and lunches don’t finish until 3.30, which allows riders to refuel with much needed protein – so there’s no need to try to find a shop and start to cook in your AirBnB apartment.
